Hungry-You Got to be hungry

I advise you to say your dream is possible and then overcome all inconveniences, ignore all the hassles and take a running leap through the hoop, even if it is in flames.

Hoop of flames will not stop me from taking a running leap with vigor, strength and tenacity.  Let me encourage you today take a leap of faith and run through the inconveniences of life with purpose.  Les Brown one of the greatest motivators stated, “You got to be hungry.”  What are you hungry for today?

I know you awaken this morning and said, “I don’t want to work for anyone else,” I desire my own home-based business, I want to travel the world, only if I had enough money, and time.  These are statements we’ve all made in some shape of form.  What are you hungry for?  If you could change the course of your life, which direction would you travel?

It is important to identify your needs, set a goal and take action, get moving make steps to improve your current situation.  Inconvenience comes every day.The inconvenience of computer crashing, system too slow, cell phone minutes to low, cell phone charges to high, the bank wouldn't cash your check or the check has not arrived yet.  How about the line is too long and I have a meeting.  We could go on with the inconveniences of life but, they are just that inconveniences that temporarily stall our lives.

Les Brown put it the best, put your dreams into action, live your dream, say the dream and then get hungry.  If Bill Gates was not hungry he would not be who he is today, what about Art and Rob Phelps if they did not get hungry to create a business that works on line no one would know about their contribution to online marketing.  Warren Buffet a business magnet. I’m sure you may think of many. What about you?  How are you leaping through the hoops of fire? Are you leaping in fear? Tip toeing to the hoop and peeking into the hoop saying, I’m not ready yet? Taking a running start as fast as you can but then something causes you to stop? Did you put thought to it while running?  How many times do you hear, don’t go through that hoop it is not for you.  Let me leave you with this Get Hungry and leap with vigor, strength and tenacity

Many activities and team play participation will give you a training that will prove invaluable later on in life.

Good morning everyone Carolyn Coleman-Grady here I thought like this quote the word activities and team play are the words that popped out for me today.  Walter Annenberg a Philanthropic. He has multiple attributes.  The one attribute that interest me today is his giving heart.  He is known for giving more than $ 2 billion cash over the years according to Christopher Ogden (www.nytimes.com). He had multiple talents and was respected by many. Walter Annenberg died at the age of 94.  

Giving is so important in business. 

Customers look for perks.  For example when grocery shopping the cash registered kicks out coupons these coupons are in anticipation of your return. Restaurants now offering twenty dollar meals for two they realize there are many other restaurants you could choose to dine in so restaurants, stores and advertisers have developed creative ways to draw your business back to theirs.

I believe it is significant to advertise and promote your business, but giving away services to promote people is equally important. Meeting the needs of others means there are times when giving something free is the answer.  In today’s economy people are struggling daily to meet their needs.  It is our opportunities that they are looking for.  Providing an avenue of changes is important.  Helping others break the cycle of living from pay check to pay check. This will require changed thinking.

The activities we provide should include teaching, promoting, providing information that is clear, detailed and organized.  When perspective prospects visit business sites they are looking for opportunities.  If the page they’ve visited is lacking comprehensible information expect them to move on.  Each of us has different learning styles and intelligence.  It is important that we promote our activities with the learners in mind.  There are those who learn through music, kinetics, written and mathematics.  We have those who learn through videos and audiotapes.  Which every the style of learning it is our responsibility to provide it for the prospect.

Promoting your business in a language that only you understand only benefits you but providing clear, detailed comprehensible information about your business will benefit everyone. Giving of yourself freely to ensure that everyone involved in your business understands the concepts you’ve provided is important.  It makes you a better team player.

I imagine a rainbow covering a portion of the sky feeling it with colors that represent so many things for me.  See I’ve been taught that every time you see a rainbow it is a reminder of God.  He led his people out of bondage.  I get really choked up with the thought of barriers that hinder our progress.  Rainbows are so full of wonders.  Rainbows work in a natural beautiful effect. The colors display a perfect band with bows that develop form. That form is intrigue the eye.

Rainbows come after a storm it a phenomenon of light, its perception by the physical senses and the conceptual mind which produces the appearance of spectral band of colors. (Wikiquote).

Somewhere over the rainbow way up high there is a land called marketing, it is multifaceted with dimensions that run wide and deep.  Its’ integral parts include networking, and making connection.   This amazing band of rainbows stimulates the field of communication leaving many speechless.  The surrounding parts include colorful bands that are so strong that nothing negative can penetrate.  As the marketing rainbow flows from city to state from state to country it leaves the colors dripping and array of beautify. 

Business leaders all over the world engulf the multiple flavors that flow freely from each strand.   The troubles that come along with business melt away by the sweetness of the rainbow that is way up high.  The storm that blew everything you owned away returns with a variety of magic and wonder.  The spectral band of colors flow freely coast to coast brightening the day.  The rainbow colors that can illuminate the sky are amazing leaving excitement, and adventure along the way.

I was listening to somewhere over the rainbow song by Eva Cassidy her sultry voice and smooth sound engulfed my imagination.  I was surrounded by fields of green tall grass, sun rising and I looked up high in the sky and a beautiful rainbow hovered over me.  It put a smile on my face that would brighten a darken room.  I like a peaceful matter of doing business one where its ok to make mistakes and correct them.  I know I’m not perfect but I walk towards perfection..  The rainbow that is somewhere way up high gives a sense of joy.

            The amazing race includes getting up and moving. Reaching towards the goals you’ve set.

Limits, defined as the final, utmost, or furthest boundary or point as to extent, amount continuance, procedure, (dictionary.reference.com).
            When we go to the boundaries of our limits and place a halt sign there something happens to our confidence. There are areas in our lives were boundaries are needed. For example, additive behaviors, and abuse just to name a few.

There are even business boundaries, dishonest, unethical, lack of integrity and walking the line. However, limiting yourself from going to amazing opportunities is not advised.

Accepting our limits and going beyond them comes from our critical thinking side, seeing beyond our potential and challenging our abilities.

If Kobe of the Lakers does not push himself beyond his maximum potential the possibility to become a franchise would not exist. Albert Einstein spent many hours he would not have developed the Theory of Relativity. If Cecil B. Demille gave up on his project Ten Commandments with Charleston Heston this film may not exist.

There are many examples we could share. Limiting you potential comes from the fear to success. Many of us go to the door of success but never go in.

Have you ever had someone you know say go? Sure you have. But, then there are those wonderful friends and family members who’ll say no don’t go it won’t work. The question I have is what do you think about your own potential and will you go beyond your maximum potential?

Many of us stop and start, stop and start this is such a cycle. It causes so much confusion.

So today you we will not talk about our limits, we will stand with full confidence and we will decide today to go beyond our maximum potential to reach success.

I believe you are important and each time you accomplish a new adventure get happy about it share your wonderful experiences with others.

I had an experience yesterday, that through me for just a moment, it dealt with college tuition. The cost of college is enormous. Parents are scrambling for grants, loans and financial aid. Many of us don’t qualify and it is very frustrating. Well, with the entire no’s I received yesterday, I and one of my college sons could have folded and fell apart, given up and thrown in the towel. We decided not to give up, push forward and keep shifting until we find what is necessary to maintain his college travels.

Business is the same way, if it doesn’t work in one hour many people throw in the towel and decide not to go any further. It takes time to build, grow and establish relationships. Steady the course, move forward and stretch beyond your potential. Go to the mountain top and yell if you need to but come down with energy, a clear perspective, and a peace that passes all understanding.

The Oscars is an American Academy Award that recognize excellence of professionals in the film industry (en.eikipedia.org)

I decided today The Oscar goes to two my affiliates each of them receive the Oscar for excellence. The team acknowledgement is my way of thanking them for allowing me to help achieve dreams. Team work is a great concept if you have the right team.

Teams with cohesive relationships last longer, communicate and work diligent to ensure the teams’ needs or met. I love groups, just like the committee that determines which film and host will participate in the Oscars. It takes strategies to build great teams endurance, and longevity is key components.  

The team I have discuss issues, provide input on what works, we encourage each other and build one another up. When mistakes occur we acknowledge the mistake and move on. Some teams like to sabotage one another’s effort when in fact this tactic will destroy a team.

Teams must work together in network marketing. Groups grow by helping each other understand important concepts. Team decide together to meet in the conference rooms to learn and strategies. For example, webinars, teams decide to attend, and then meet together to discuss new services, products, and ways to generate streams of income based on the information received. The team I serve is very supportive, and provides great input. Once you’ve found the team that works help, support, and make yourself available to them.

I’m available to ensure that information I receive about my independent business is passed on to the team. I love to share concepts that work. When a team member is identified as hard working, and diligent the team reaps the rewards. Of course there are individual rewards as well. I’d like to present the Oscar today to Team Rhino of Better Web Builder great job. Remember your dreams are achievable when you believe.

Hi Carolyn Coleman-Grady here, Sunday I was thinking about treasures, and how often we possess them but we never open the box. We fill our treasure box with old businesses we’ve tried over the years, for one reason or another the expectations were not meet so we leap from one networking internet business to another.  We master the cycle of back and forth seeking the perfect solution, and forgetting that within the box we’ve closed there’s gold.

What we must remember, it takes time to build, if we look for instant gratification our business will go inside the treasure box with the others. You know that old saying, “its gold in those hills” I’d like to say there is gold in that old treasure box. Don’t you think it is worth another look?

I love this quote, it reminds me that my business is a treasure and I have the key. Internet marketing is like a treasure hunt it reminds me of that old saying “its’ gold in those hills.”
