A recipe for a successful leader

A core promise: Leaders go with or ahead of so as to show the way, to guide. Leaders are responsible and show accountability. A leader is not afraid to answer. Harmony is necessary to bridge gaps between unity and comfort. It produces a coming together. Leaders have the ability to connect by bringing others together colleagues, family and friends, connecting makes you feel apart of something and others.

A leader is sterling conforming to the highest standards. A sense of quality in the work produces and shared with others. Leaders have passion, true caring about other professionals and desire to motivate one another. Respect is an esteem and admiration granted to someone worthy of high regard; consideration given to others. Leaders take ownership and accept responsibilities and are committed to the task.

Morale is important to the teams, there is need of well-being a mutual sense of positive interaction between one another. One of the most important characteristics of a leader is integrity to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Leaders have skills a high degree of training or knowledge within a particular realm, professionalism. Leaders empower grant the authority to make decisions and control one's own destiny.
These core values are the recipe for successful leadership.

I imagine a rainbow covering a portion of the sky feeling it with colors that represent so many things for me.  See I’ve been taught that every time you see a rainbow it is a reminder of God.  He led his people out of bondage.  I get really choked up with the thought of barriers that hinder our progress.  Rainbows are so full of wonders.  Rainbows work in a natural beautiful effect. The colors display a perfect band with bows that develop form. That form is intrigue the eye.

Rainbows come after a storm it a phenomenon of light, its perception by the physical senses and the conceptual mind which produces the appearance of spectral band of colors. (Wikiquote).

Somewhere over the rainbow way up high there is a land called marketing, it is multifaceted with dimensions that run wide and deep.  Its’ integral parts include networking, and making connection.   This amazing band of rainbows stimulates the field of communication leaving many speechless.  The surrounding parts include colorful bands that are so strong that nothing negative can penetrate.  As the marketing rainbow flows from city to state from state to country it leaves the colors dripping and array of beautify. 

Business leaders all over the world engulf the multiple flavors that flow freely from each strand.   The troubles that come along with business melt away by the sweetness of the rainbow that is way up high.  The storm that blew everything you owned away returns with a variety of magic and wonder.  The spectral band of colors flow freely coast to coast brightening the day.  The rainbow colors that can illuminate the sky are amazing leaving excitement, and adventure along the way.

I was listening to somewhere over the rainbow song by Eva Cassidy her sultry voice and smooth sound engulfed my imagination.  I was surrounded by fields of green tall grass, sun rising and I looked up high in the sky and a beautiful rainbow hovered over me.  It put a smile on my face that would brighten a darken room.  I like a peaceful matter of doing business one where its ok to make mistakes and correct them.  I know I’m not perfect but I walk towards perfection..  The rainbow that is somewhere way up high gives a sense of joy.

Pointing others in the right direction, knowing the next step, and leading others to do what you do. You must be the leader of many, if you can't lead one you can't lead any. The traits of leaderships include knowing your goals, and objectives will help you become highly successful as a leader.

A quality leader has the vision, and places the vision inside. Leaders arrive earlier to webinar's, explore the website for understanding, imparting leaders have the vision, conviction, and inspired the energy get to it done. Leaders have a goal and believe they can achieve it.

Leaders make decide once they have the vision, set goal, and do not fluctuate in their minds. Leaders stand firm in a decision to do or not to do. Leaders get the information then make a decision and stick by that decision. Thomas Edison did not stop after 100 times making a light bulb he made a decision or Cornell Sanders who rode around until he reached his goal. Make your mind say I will, I can reach my goal. Leaders know change happen as a result of decision, make a decision to deal with them or not deal with them. Once a conscious decision is made, implement it right away. Every successful person makes decision, until you make a decision you are sitting in a limbo.

Focus on what you are doing this is critical don't deal with what has gone wrong expend your energy on what is going right.  Believe you are going to get the people to build your business, and you will. Leaders know where attention goes results go, concentrate on what you want to achieve.

Having the right mental attitude, as you have that focus on where you are going and watching it every day it will give you that enthusiasm, excitement needed to reach your goals. You do this by looking at the other qualities, focus, concentrate and ensure the goal without anything stopping you from achieving that goal. Get excited!!!!!

If you think you can or think you can't either way you are right

Leading by example, it is what you want your people to do. Encourage by helping them to becoming successful. They will began to do what they know will give them success. You set an example by your activity and or in activities. Commit to webinar’s, get there early like office meetings introducing your-self, and shaking hands remember that, led by example. Create ways to respond to people, you must set an example good or bad. Set the right example. Be what you want your distributors to be. Look in the mirrors and see if you would sponsor you.
