It's Tip Time

I want to speak with you regarding building a better you. The key ingredient to solidifying your character is knowing your true self . Leaving behind the images others project on you. Some people build their image on the tailgating of others. This is quite frustrating. Knowing who you are  is the beginning steps in turning your life around.

Here are a few tips to begin building a better you

1. Laugh more
2. Don't take life so serious
3. No one thinks like you but you
4. Improve your social skills
5. Do not be a knee jerker
6. Smile more
7. Help others
8. Know it's okay to make a mistake just don't make the same mistake
9. Learn to love yourself
10. Stop being critical of self and others

Laughter is good for the soul learn to relax. Everything including your home based business is not that serious. Remember learn to live. Life is what you make it, stop regretting and wishing you should have  taken another path. It is never to late begin today.  There are people that become stressed out when others do not think like you think. There are various ways to share your vision. Remember some people need it spelled out and others catch the vision and run with it just by hearing. So, don't fret, choose the right strategy for the target audience.

Stop the knee jerk. Some of us react to situation before we investigate. The results of knee jerking is bad decisions. Take the time to exam thoroughly.

Helping others will bring you Joy It's not about disabling others but, enabling  through empowering people. We have all made mistakes, made a wrong turn lately? Learning from mistakes is important.

Learn to love all of you, from your head to you toes. Focusing on your flaws will bring you sorrow. It's okay to laugh at yourself.
Rid yourself of criticism unless it is positive enough to make change.

Mask-What lies behind the many faces?

Love takes off masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within.
James A. Baldwin

who’s behind the mask? We all were many faces and often time mask are worn because we are afraid to show others who we really are and what we are about.

Mask hides what we think and feel it can be as colorful as you’d like. We decorate our mask with colors that attract the eye of others but behind the mask lie’s dishonesty, deceit and distrustful ideas to con, take advantage and rip the heart of others.

Business mask should be honest, humble, and helpful having the right attitude and behavior. Good business loves people. Business believes people are needed for its success. It does not set up scenes that snare and trap others. It guides and offers sure and proven plans.

Love mask is kind, caring, and willing to share ideas that improve what others are doing. It is not mean, impatient, cruel and belittling. The love mask sees the potential of others and pulls their gifts forward.
Believe it or not people change their mask daily. They take care of their mask, protect it and prepare to wear it the following day. The mask you were today will determine your attitude and behavior.

We’ve talked about patients yesterday, I believe this is a topic that each of us need.  The mask of impatient is short, bites, flips people off, wants everything available right now, and does not listen to others and often times finishes the sentence for them. This mask is always in a hurry, doesn’t have time for others and not willing to help. Usually this mask is worn all the time and is never taken off.

The mask of knowing everything, I know you have met someone like this. You can’t get a word in edgewise; they constantly are talking, have an opinion on every subject and discount everything someone says. This type of mask will drive you nuts. You need a lot of patients with this masked person.

The masked of defeat, nothing is going right, I can’t do it, it won’t work, I’ve tried everything, no one will help me. Very fatiguing nothing you say to this mask will change what is believed by them. A defeated foe must be willing to change their attitude and behavior.

The mask of love takes off the mask and reveals its true self. It is not afraid what others will think, it embraces newness, it allows others to approach them with honesty, truth and caring. The mask is not placed on once removed because the fear that caused the mask to be worn is gone.
